Easy Pico de Gallo

Ingredients:

  • 2 large tomatoes, diced

  • Half a poblano pepper, diced

  • Half an onion, diced (I ALWAYS use sweet Vidalia)

  • Cilantro, chopped (about half a cup)

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Salt

  • Pinch of cumin


Directions:

  1. Dice the tomato, poblano and onion. Mince the garlic and chop the cilantro. Add to bowl.

  2. Squeeze juice from one lemon in bowl.

  3. Add a pinch of cumin. Season with salt to desired taste.

Easy, peasy!
