This super simple tuna and white bean salad is the perfect light and satisfying lunch.
Ingredients:
1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 4 oz can tuna
1 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup parsey, chopped
juice of half a lime
1/ 2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Drain and rinse cannellini beans.
Drain tuna.
Chop onion and parsley (if you don't have fresh, use 1 tsp dried).
Add everything to bowl, add lemon juice, oil and spices. Mix & serve.
