Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup light brown sugar
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup butter (halfway melted)
1 large egg
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips (any kind of chips if you want to get crafty)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray (PAM).
2. In a medium bowl mix together the flour, baking soda and salt.
3. Melt the butter in the microwave (or stovetop), do NOT melt all the way. Just to where about half is melted.
4. In a large bowl mix together the sugars, apple cider vinegar, vanilla extract and egg. Mix the butter in last.
5. Mix the flour into the wet mixture. Mix in the chocolate chips.
6. Using a tablespoon measuring scoop, scoop the dough and drop about 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
7. Bake the cookies for 8 minutes (I like a soft, chewy cookie.)
